By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
Billing is handled by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By choosing a paid subscription, you agree to pay all fees at the prices then in effect for your subscription.
You may not access or use the Service for any purpose other than that for which we make the Service available. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and defined by the laws of **Romania**. You and **LCL PFA** agree that any legal action or proceeding related to the Service shall be brought in the courts of **Cluj-Napoca**.
In the event of a dispute, we agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally through negotiation for a period of 30 days.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
